We provide coaching and various training programs for psychology students, budding psychologist and mental health professionals looking to enhance their skill set(www.positiveinsightservices.com) and provide students with access to curriculum and training materials online and in the classroom at different locations (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”).

If you wish to become a Student, a Consultant, to interact with other Students or Consultants and to make use of our Services, please read the Terms of Use and signify your approval by following the instructions in the Registration Form.  The Terms of Use shall lay down legally binding terms for your use of the Service. We may change the Terms of Use from time to time, and such modification(s) shall be effective upon posting the modified Terms of Use on the Service with or without notice to you.

In the Terms of Use, we will also change the “Last Updated Date” You consent to be bound by any modifications to the Terms of Use when you use the Service after any such adjustment has been made. You are responsible for reviewing any changes that might apply. By continuing to use or access the Services after we have posted an update to the Terms of Use or have informed you of a change, you confirm that you continue to be bound by the changed Terms of Use. Terms of Use are a legal arrangement between you and Positive Insight extend to you whether you are a non-registered customer, a student, a consultant or a visitor who is just browsing the Service. Certain sections of the Services may have different terms and conditions posted or may enable you to consent and approve additional terms and conditions. If there is a discrepancy between the Terms of Use and the terms and conditions posted for a particular area of the Services, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence over the use of or access to that area of the Services.
